No one is turned away
New Beginning Pantry is located in a rural area where jobs are few, factories are closing and moving away and diving is no longer available for people to make a living. This area has been struck hard. Our goal as a food pantry is to reach those who are hurting, those who are hungry. To reach out to the surrounding communities and provide nourishing food boxes so they can feed their family's.
New Beginning Pantry reaches out to everyone regardless of race, creed, or color. We feed the hungry, the widows, children, single parents, low income, and those who are out of work.
We feed people in our county (Benton) as well as surrounding counties, such as Carroll, Henry, and Dover.
As of October 2004 the new drop location for Second Harvest Food Bank is Bishop's Manor. What a awesome blessing this is. This location serves Benton, Carroll, and Henry counties as well as the city of Henry.
The cost of the food is 18 cents per pound of food plus 5 cents per pound shipping for a total of 23 cents per pound of food.
This ministry is run strictly on donations. If you would like to donate to this ministry please send your donation to the Church.. We welcome all donations no matter the size. $1.00 will buy 4 pounds of food.
