Now I have heard many preachers asking why we don’t see miracles like the Bible says used to happen. Why would God show miracles to a bunch of ungrateful people such as ourselves? God has given us more than we deserve and we whine that he doesn’t give us more.
Have you seen that movie The Ten Commandments? As the Hebrews were leaving Egypt, it shows some feeble people being carried out in carts.
Turn to Psalms 105:26-45.
Find the word feeble in these verses. Do you see that? Not only had God given them the wealth of Egypt in the way of silver and gold, but there wasn’t one feeble person among them. These folk passed through the blood that was only a shadow of the real blood of Jesus and it strengthened them. They walked around in the desert for forty years and their shoes didn’t even wear out. Not only that, but the ungodly feared them. What should be happening as we pass through the real thing????
Does it seem to you that the ungodly fear Christians in America? Does it not seem that God is being removed from our society? How much longer do you think God is going to let this mess go on?
Are you tired of that cold mortuary you call a church being so dead? Take a
lesson from the Hebrews who left Egypt. They walked around in the desert with the wealth of Egypt and had no place to spend it. They had the power of God and didn’t even appreciate it. Start preaching and teaching the power of the blood. The blessing that the blood is. The richness that God himself has poured out in that blood. Yes, there is power power wonder working power, in the blood of the LAMB.
