NOW I don't mean to offend anybody but Mohammad, those guys in that Muslim Have you ever saw'em their all bent over...Now I am NOT making fun of folks worshiping but there all bent over quiet and calm...see our God desires Worship, desires hollering, desires shouting and dancing with joy...Let me tell you something Buddha don't like that...He wants you to be quiet and hum. Do you understand? I don't mean to offend anybody, But if your god is dead how can he help you???? Mohammad is dead, Buddha is dead, if your god is dead what good is he? I am serving a God that's alive I will get my praise on. I worship the God of Abraham, Isaac & Jacob. Jesus said that's the God your serving. Paul said your talking about an unknown God I am talking about a God that I know I talk to speak to, knock me off my horse, straighten me out. And you wonder why God don't move in your life...because we have to be dignified. Come on are ya'll goin' here with me or do we need to go here probably not cause we need to be...dignified! lol we never were..lol the are no dignified people in here Thank You Jesus!!
As I said in the 8:30 service this morning we brought the English dignification, that's a good word I guess. but we brought their life style with us that conservative thing. Didn't we? And so we bring it on in to the church. But not the black folk. They get up jump dance and holler. I haven't seen Sylvia do too much of that but her Mama does. I have seen here Mama swing her arms and almost knock her daughter out back there worshiping God & It's alright are you hearing me??? But the white folk are conservative. Do we have any white folk in here? Everybody brings something to the table. Everybody, white folk black folk. We are just learning the loyalty of the Latino people God is good he is faithful but we've got to as contagious Christians get our praise on. We've got to stop dragging around waiting, sitting around for God to bless me I want to bless God. God don't bless what I am doing but God let me do what your blessing Don't let it all lay on me Lord but let me be involved He's looking for people with faith who will follow him in-spite of a pink slip. See you can worship God real good in the middle of a victory but when it hits the fan that's when it hard to worship. God's looking for that person He's looking for the person who worships when their told they have a terminal cancer. He's looking for someone that'll still raise their hands in the face of adversity and say God Although all hell come against me I will still praise you I will still magnify your name I'll still give you praise I'll still give you a place to live. The bible says that God dwells in the praises of his people I gotta tell the bible says the eye has not seen ear has not heard neither has entered into the hearts the things that God has in store for those who love God do we have anybody in here tonight that will give God a shout and say yes sir yes Pastor I love him and there is no tellin' what God has laid up in store for me theres no tellin' what Gods got gathered up for me eye has not seen ear has not heard neither has entered into the hearts the things that God has in store for me, because I love him!!! And when he is that good to me I am gonna worship him. I am gonna praise him.. Stand up there Cheryl . Here is a woman that fretted every day for the last 3 years that her son was gonna die.. Fretted for almost 3 years that she was gonna lose her boy but she kept on trusting God . I would see her somewhere and she would say " Pray for Dwayne would you call him and talk to him, Didn't you Cheryl?" She said Dwayne don't wanna go to church anywhere but up there when he goes....we prayed for him for 3 years and today here stands this woman who is dancing in her heart because God has given her son back to her . Brought her son back from the dead, Let me tell you something when that boy went in to get his surgery he was all gray and discolored but as soon as that surgery was over we saw the pink back in his face and the joy back in his heart. I am telling you if you will worship God eye has not seen ear has not heard neither has entered into the hearts of man the things that God has in store for those that love him. I am preachin' better than your hollering tonight...If God dwells among the praises of his people, How many of ya'll believe thats the truth? Have you ever loved somebody that really didn't love you? anybody ever been in that place? you love somebody and you was all happy and giddy to be around them and see them you know what I'm talking about don't ya? and when you seen them they really didn't care much about you at all? You see that's the way a lot of Christians do God. He loves you, Oh how He loves you! and a lot of the times you won't even give him the time of day, you don't give him time enough to you if I go to church I go to church if I don't I don't, well if I study my bible I study my bible but if I don't I don't and if I pray I pray Lord bless my food amen You have no relationship with God. You have to open a dialog. It's not a monologue with God Most of the time the only time people talk to God is when they spit out what they want to say. Never taken the time to stop and say Lord what do you want? What's your desire for my life? the bible says God inhabits the praises of his people. You know what that means? When praising the Lord you are providing a platform for him to sit on. If God inhabits the praises of his people. Do you know that when you begin to praise God you are saying Lord, Here is you a place to sit.
